Next Level Istanbul

Next Level Istanbul is a flagship mixed-use development on Büyükdere Caddesi, the spine of Istanbul's primary CBD axis between Levent and Etiler. The project pairs 160 residences across two 15-floor blocks with a separate 44-unit office tower, all set within 5,000 m² of designed landscape and 200 mature trees, with ceiling heights up to 4.5 m on the signature levels.

Developed by Pasifik GYO, one of Türkiye's listed real-estate investment trusts, with Emlak Konut GYO assurance — the state-backed delivery guarantee that anchors completion risk for foreign buyers. Architecture is by Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık (Murat Tabanlıoğlu), one of the country's most internationally recognised practices. Landscape design is led by DS Mimarlık (Deniz Aslan).
