The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort and Residences will mark Marriott International's 100th hotel in Türkiye when it opens in 2030 — a milestone signalling Marriott's accelerated commitment to the Turkish luxury market. Developed by Kuzu Group in partnership with Marriott, the project occupies a 280,000 m² private cove on the northern shore of the Bodrum peninsula at Kazıklı.

The community

221 residences spanning one- to five-bedroom apartments and standalone villas, alongside a 138-key St. Regis hotel. The combined estate makes Karya Cove the largest single luxury development announced for the Bodrum peninsula in over a decade.
