Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.gateinternational.co and any related services (the "Site") operated by Gate International A.Ş. ("Gate International", "we"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. The service

Gate International is a real-estate advisory firm operating in Türkiye and the Gulf. The Site displays curated property listings, project information, and editorial content, and lets visitors request consultations. Approved partners and editors may sign in to manage assigned listings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site. If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@gateinternational.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Property information

Listing details (price, layout, completion date, amenities, regulatory status) are provided by developers, partners, or third-party sources and are believed accurate at the time of publication but may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a guarantee, or financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Before any transaction, verify all details directly with your advisor and the relevant authorities.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or copy the Site at scale, or use automated tools to extract data;
• upload or transmit anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing;
• attempt to access, probe, or interfere with non-public areas of the Site or its underlying systems;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• use the Site to spam, phish, or distribute malware.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, layouts, and code — is the property of Gate International or its licensors and is protected by Turkish and international intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (Supabase, Google, Apple, Vercel) and may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gate International, its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred euros (€100) or the equivalent in local currency.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gate International from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
