Ritz-Carlton Residences İstanbul

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul rise on Valikonağı Caddesi, one of the most iconic avenues in Nişantaşı. Originally designed by celebrated Turkish architects Doğan Tekeli and Sami Sisa in 1972 as the Yapı Kredi Bank headquarters, the building has been reimagined by architect Tanju Özelgin with interiors by Mahmut Anlar of Geo_ID.

Developed by Bilgili Holding under a licensing agreement with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company (signed February 2019), this is the first Ritz-Carlton branded residential project in Istanbul. The development combines preserved mid-century architecture with contemporary urban living, delivered in 2022.

Residences range from spacious 2-bedroom apartments (from 137 m²) to 3-8 bedroom penthouses in the exclusive Skyline Collection, with floor plans extending to 3,465 m² and above. Every home features floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and panoramic views of Istanbul, the Bosphorus, and the Princes' Islands.
