Kağıthane Park is a contemporary residential development in Kağıthane — Istanbul's most rapidly transforming district, located between Şişli, Beyoğlu, Beşiktaş, and Sarıyer on the European side. Kağıthane prices range from $3,000-$6,000 per m² — significantly below adjacent Şişli/Beşiktaş while offering equivalent metro and highway access.
