Avangart İstanbul

Avangart Istanbul is a Turkish government-guaranteed (Emlak Konut joint venture) residential project developed by Gül Proje on a 36,750 m² site in Seyrantepe, directly opposite Vadistanbul Shopping Mall.

The development is structured around horizontal architecture rather than vertical towers — 11 residential blocks containing 935 apartments and 18 commercial units. Apartment configurations span studio (1+0), 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 layouts (180–398 m²), accommodating diverse family compositions.

Interior design is by Hakan Helvacıoğlu, an interior designer with 25+ years of experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer Belgrade Forest views, open-plan layouts maximize light, and 24,000 m² of green space (66% of site) integrates the development with its natural setting.

Connectivity is exceptional: 1 minute walk to Vadistanbul Shopping Mall, 3 km to Türk Telekom Stadium (RAMS Park), 3.6 km to Maslak CBD, 5 km to Levent, 6 km to FSM Bridge, 35 minutes to Istanbul Airport. Delivered December 2020.
