About this residence

Skyland İstanbul is one of Turkey's most ambitious mixed-use skyscraper complexes — a $700 million development by Eroğlu Holding, designed by British architectural firm Broadway Malyan, and completed in 2019.

The complex consists of three towers connected by a public square: a 284-meter, 65-floor office tower; a 284-meter, 64-floor residential tower; and a 155-meter, 28-floor hotel tower (Radisson Blu Hotel). Total construction area is 500,000+ m². The 284-meter towers tie for the second-tallest in Istanbul, behind only the 353.9m CBRT Tower.

The residential tower hosts 1,129 residences (some sources cite 1,065 or 469 depending on phase) in studio (1+0), 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1, and duplex configurations. Smart building technologies, energy-efficient systems, raft foundation construction, and LEED certification compliance characterize the build quality. Office tower hosts 518 office units; HOM Mall provides 40,000 m² of leasable retail.

The 46,000 m² site sits next to RAMS Park (Türk Telekom Stadium), home to Galatasaray. Direct TEM Highway connection, walking distance to Seyrantepe metro (M2 line), 8 minutes to FSM Bridge.
