Arnavutköy Yalı

Arnavutköy Yalı is a fully restored 19th-century Ottoman-era waterfront mansion in the historic fishing village of Arnavutköy on the European Bosphorus. The yalı features the area's iconic wooden bay-window façade, painted in vibrant traditional colors, with a Turkish bath, neo-baroque salon, and private dock with direct sea access.

Arnavutköy itself is one of the most photographed corners of the Bosphorus, known for its preserved 19th-century Greek and Levantine wooden mansions, fish restaurants, and tight-knit village character. Adjacent to Bebek to the south and the second Bosphorus bridge to the north, the location combines accessibility with seclusion.

The mansion has been meticulously restored under heritage protection, preserving original woodwork, painted ceilings, and parquet floors while integrating discreet modern infrastructure — climate control, smart-home systems, secure communications, and contemporary kitchens and bathrooms behind heritage façades.
