Cihangir Maisonette

Cihangir Maisonette is a boutique offering of duplex (maisonette) residences in Cihangir's most desirable side streets. Each maisonette spans two floors of a restored heritage building, combining street-level entry, upper-floor private quarters, and in many cases private rooftop terraces with panoramic Bosphorus views.

The maisonette format addresses Cihangir's traditional building stock — narrow plot widths and tall ceiling heights — by maximizing the vertical living experience. Open-plan ground floors host living, dining, and kitchen with double-height feature spaces.
