Cihangir Townhouse is a boutique restoration project in Cihangir, the bohemian Beyoğlu hillside neighborhood favored by Istanbul's intellectuals, artists, writers, and creative professionals. Often described as Istanbul's "intellectual quarter," Cihangir combines steep cobbled streets, restored 19th-century apartment buildings, art galleries, design studios, bookstores, and the city's most distinctive café culture.

The project restores a heritage townhouse to luxury contemporary standards while preserving period detail — high ceilings, original parquet flooring, ornate moldings, and tall French windows that frame Bosphorus views.
