Kempinski Residences

Kempinski Residences Balmumcu, Istanbul occupies a 30,000 m² site in a lush green valley in Beşiktaş's affluent Balmumcu neighborhood. Most of the grounds are preserved as private park, providing a rare retreat within Istanbul's business hub.

The development comprises 155 residences across five modern buildings and 11 exclusive villas. Unit sizes range from 194 m² to 1,340 m², including Duplex Roof Penthouses with panoramic balconies and Garden Duplex residences with private pools.

First residences were handed over to owners in early 2024. Managed by Kempinski — Europe's oldest luxury hotel group (est. 1897) — the project joins Astaş's portfolio of three other Kempinski-branded residences in Istanbul (Astoria, Bellevue, Maçka) and complements the legendary Çırağan Palace Kempinski.

Interiors feature oak parquet floors, matte bronze accents, and luxurious marble bathrooms with bathtubs.
