Pera Loft

Pera Palace Residences is a heritage residential offering in Tepebaşı, the heart of Pera's historic core — adjacent to the legendary Pera Palace Hotel, established 1892 to host passengers arriving in Istanbul on the Orient Express, and Istanbul's first building with electricity.

The Pera Palace Hotel itself was designed by French-Turkish architect Alexander Vallaury in a blend of neo-classical, art nouveau, and oriental styles. Famous guests include Atatürk (Suite 101, now a museum), Agatha Christie (Room 411, where she wrote Murder on the Orient Express during her famous 1926 disappearance), Ernest Hemingway, Greta Garbo, Alfred Hitchcock, King Edward VIII, Queen Elizabeth II, Emperor Franz Joseph, Sarah Bernhardt, and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

The residences continue this heritage tradition — restored 19th-century Pera apartment buildings within walking distance of the Pera Palace Hotel, the British/French/Russian/Italian/Dutch consulates (still operating), Galatasaray High School, and the cultural anchors of Tepebaşı (Pera Museum, İstanbul State Theatre, ÇRR Concert Hall).
