Yooistanbul

YooIstanbul is the only branded residential project in Turkey designed by world-renowned French designer Philippe Starck under the YOO brand — the world's largest non-hotel branded residence company, founded in 1999 by John Hitchcox and Starck.

Located on a 22,000 m² site in Ortaköy at the intersection of Ulus, Ortaköy, and Zincirlikuyu, the project preserves 80% of its land as green areas and walking paths. Developed by Say Yapı (part of Digicom Group), the development comprises 116 luxury residences across 11 blocks of 5.5 floors each.

Apartment configurations include 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 layouts with three-meter ceilings and double-glazed floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted Bosphorus views.
