Aman Residences, Bodrum marks the debut of Aman's ultra-luxury branded residences in Turkey, developed in partnership with RePie Asset Management, Turkey's first and largest wealth management firm. The residences are integrated into the Amanruya estate on Bodrum's serene north coast.
Located on a private bay within a protected area, Amanruya is renowned for its breathtaking natural surroundings — olive groves, cypress trees, and a pebble beach — all contributing to the seclusion and spaciousness that defines the Aman brand since its founding in 1988.
The project is shaped by two architectural studios: long-time Aman partner Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston Architects (expanded resort + Beachfront Residential Villas) and South African practice SAOTA (Waterfront, Lagoon, and Forest Residential Villas). Each villa integrates with Bodrum's terrain — forest, lagoon, or shoreline — using natural materials, expansive windows, and indoor-outdoor living spaces.
Ownership is invitation-only, with priority given to Aman's existing loyal following. Construction commenced in 2025, with expanded amenities including a new Aman Spa, beach club, retail, and restaurants.
