The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum occupy a 600,000 m² (60 hectare) waterfront estate in Cennet Koyu (Paradise Bay), Göltürkbükü — a region often referred to as the new Saint-Tropez by the international jet set.

Developed by Astaş Holding under Vedat Aşçı with a reported $700M investment, the project comprises 98 holiday villas and 116 residences, alongside the Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum resort hotel. The complex features a 2.5 km stretch of shoreline across three private bays, surrounded by ancient olive groves and pine trees.

Designed by award-winning Italian architect Antonio Citterio, the residences combine the comforts of a private home with the legendary service and amenities of Mandarin Oriental. Unit types include 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom residential apartments, as well as villas — all with infinity pools, chic contemporary interiors in wood and marble, and Mediterranean/Aegean sea views.

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum spans 2,700 m² and combines Asian philosophies with Western techniques, winning World Luxury Spa Awards and European Hotel Design Awards.
