Kempinski Residences Nef Reserve Gölköy

Kempinski Residences Nef Reserve Gölköy occupies a 120,000 m² (75 decare) hillside estate overlooking the turquoise waters of Demirbükü Bay, one of Bodrum's most pristine locations. The project features 150 private villas nestled among century-old pine forests and ancient olive trees, with a 270-meter private sandy beach and sunbathing decks.

Developed by Nef under Chairman Erden Timur — in partnership with Kempinski (management agreement signed December 2022) — the project brings together two world-renowned architects: Emre Arolat (international award-winner) and Boran Ekinci. Each villa has a unique signature in different architectural styles, though all emphasize natural materials (wood, stone) that blend into the landscape.

Villas range from 2 to 6 bedrooms with spacious gardens, private pools, verandas, and indoor-outdoor living spaces. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows open to the Aegean Sea. Full completion with Kempinski services begins in autumn 2026; 50 of the 150 villas have already welcomed residents.

A luxury boutique hotel within the complex operates 12 months per year, allowing owners and guests to enjoy resort amenities year-round.
