The Ritz-Carlton Residences Bodrum

Set on a 126,000 m² private peninsula in Tilkicik Bay, Yalıkavak, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum is the first stand-alone branded residential project for Marriott International in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Developed by Aksoy Holding (originally launched as Epique Island in 2014 with a €200M investment), the project was rebranded under the Ritz-Carlton Residences banner in July 2020 and began operations in Q2 2021 under Marriott's management.

Designed by world-renowned South African architecture studio SAOTA, specialists in sophisticated villas and indoor-outdoor living, the development features 74 private villas across three main types with ten variations. Villas range from 2 to 5 bedrooms (469 m² to 510 m²+) each with a private heated pool, landscaped garden, cabana, sun terrace, entrance pond, laundry room, and dedicated technical room.

The aesthetic is a contemporary interpretation of Aegean vernacular, blending seamlessly with the natural peninsula while offering Ritz-Carlton's legendary service.
