RAMS Resort Bodrum

RAMS Resort Bodrum is a 32-villa boutique development in Gümüşlük — Bodrum peninsula's most architecturally protected village, where building heights and stylistic elements are strictly controlled to preserve the traditional fishing-village character.

The project is designed by Han Tümertekin, an internationally awarded Turkish architect known for his minimalist contextualism. The architecture stays faithful to Bodrum's traditional white-walled stone houses while delivering modern minimalist living. The harmony of wood and stone, integrated landscape design with regional flora (lilies, bougainvillea, plane trees), and uninterrupted Aegean views define the Tümertekin aesthetic.

The 5,372 m² estate consists of 32 villas with private pools, gardens, and direct or near-frontline Aegean access. Construction began 2020, completion 2023.

Gümüşlük itself is renowned for sunset dining at waterfront fish restaurants, archaeological remnants of the ancient city of Myndos, the iconic "Rabbit Island" walk across submerged ruins, and a calmer atmosphere than busy Yalıkavak or Türkbükü.
