Swissôtel Residences Bodrum Beach

Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach is a waterfront development in Turgutreis on the Bodrum peninsula, located on a gently sloping site with unobstructed sea views across Turgutreis Marina. The project consists of a hotel with 60 rooms and suites, 75 Swissôtel-branded apartments, and duplex residential villas, alongside a generous spa, gym, and pool complex.

Developed by Çağdaş Holding group companies, the apartment buildings and luxury residential villas are arranged on a series of platforms cascading down to the sea, maximizing every unit's Aegean vista. Each villa spans two levels: private rooms upstairs, spacious garden-level living rooms below. Offset fin walls push out to the buildings' sides, maximizing façade exposure and offering sea views from every room.

Wooden screens and canopies add textural detail and provide protection from intense summer sun. Completed in 2016, the project is currently sold out on the primary market, but resales are occasionally available through authorized agencies.
